Single Document Purchases

Single documents are digital goods delivered instantly upon generation. They are non-refundable once generated.

Subscriptions (Pro / Team)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

If a technical issue prevents your document from being generated, or you experience any other problem, please contact [email protected] and we will review your case.
